1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Logistic Sim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

Logistic Sim is a simulation video game. It is designed for entertainment purposes only and does not represent real-world logistics financial guarantees or employment. Virtual currencies, including "in-game money", have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.

3. Fair Play and Cheat Prevention

To maintain a fair operational environment for all players, the use of external software, memory editors, unauthorized auto-clickers, or network manipulation (cheats) to artificially inflate currency or company stats is strictly prohibited. Accounts found violating these rules may be suspended.

4. "As Is" Warranty

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees that the servers will have 100% uptime, nor do we guarantee that there will be no bugs. We are constantly improving the simulator, and aspects of gameplay may change over time without prior notice.
